Camino Del Rio Home Owners Association

A Homeowner's fee will be initiated in July 2007 and are payable monthly or quarterly. The fees for 2007 are:
$75 per month, or $225 per quarter for each lot owned $150 per month, or $450 per quarter for each lot once a home structure has been initiated (includes basic lawn-care maintenance.)
