Fee Descriptions
Attorney's Fee: Fee to the settlement attorney to complete the activities of the closing process
Stamp Duty: 8% of the Real Estate Sales Price
GST: Government Sales Tax (12.5% of the Real Estate Sales price)
Title Search: To research and confirm a clear title and ownership of the property
Recording Fee: Administrative fee for final recording of the deed
Home Owners Association (HOA) fees for the period of six months have been included in the total settlement amount listed below (six months at $100.00 per month for a total of $600.00).
